Thursday evening saw a few of us from work rafting at Home Pierrepont.
We had a great time, both in the raft and in the river. This was my fourth time at the National Water Sports Centre and up to now I had avoided the the notorious 'Trent Belly' sometimes known as the 'Trent Trots'. I am afraid that this time I have not been so fortunate despite the obligatory bottle of coke.
Won't put me off though, anyone up for rafting?

 A window in the wet weather meant that the Woodhall Spa 10K was mainly dry.
Following on from last weeks illness I had not run for 9 days so was not expecting a vastly quick time, and I was not dissapointed.
Rolled in in a reasonable 49m 50s.
10KM pos 376/995 gun time time 50:34, chip time 49:50, chip pos 387995, class pos 151/285 gender pos 334/661 |
